We aren’t here to preach about how hard it is being a female cyclist, but it is one of the reasons we created Women’s Cycling to help women bike more and WORRY LESS. The list is too long of worries that are unique to women in the sport. A few common concerns are the catcalling, the mansplaining and oh, we are often paid less compared to our male co-workers limiting our play budget for the latest and greatest products. Here in Colorado, there is an 18% wage gap between men and women. To help you overcome this pay gap, Elevation Cycles, in Highlands Ranch and Denver, is discounting everything in their stores 18% for female customers during the month of April as an answer to the “gender pay gap” in Colorado.
We realize a discount on new bike gear doesn’t miraculously make everything better but it may help you afford that new bike which actually could make everything better.
